ReplyWithCare was born from a simple observation: businesses care deeply about their customers, but struggle to respond to every review thoughtfully and promptly.
Our Story
In 2022, our co-founders Sarah and Michael were running a small chain of cafés. They noticed that while they responded to every review personally, it was taking hours each week—time they could have spent improving their service or training staff.
They tried existing solutions, but found them either too impersonal (generating robotic responses) or too complex (requiring extensive training). So they built ReplyWithCare: AI-powered review management that sounds human and saves time.
Today, we help over 2,000 businesses across restaurants, clinics, local services, and agencies manage their online reputation efficiently while maintaining authenticity and care in every response.
