AI key health check + email alerts
If the Gemini API key behind ReplyWithCare ever breaks, we now get an alert email within hours — before customers do. A Vercel cron runs a tiny test generation daily and pages the team if anything's off.
Every meaningful change to ReplyWithCare since we launched. Newest first. We add an entry the day something real ships — no marketing roadmap promises.

Three new purpose-built tools calibrated for the legal landmines specific to each industry. Dental practices get HIPAA-aware language. Salons get color-complaint and stylist-callout calibration. Realtors get fair-housing-aware language and never confirm transaction specifics publicly.
New honest comparison page covering when ChatGPT is genuinely the better tool for review responses (one-off creative tasks) and when a purpose-built tool wins (volume, negatives, India market). Includes a concrete A/B-test recipe so readers can decide on their own reviews.
GA4 and Microsoft Clarity now load only after users accept analytics in a cookie consent banner. Required for GDPR + India DPDP compliance and a precondition for any future EU marketing.
Every share on Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Slack now shows a branded preview card with the page title and category. Previously every page fell back to the same generic image. Implemented via next/og on the Edge runtime, cached at the CDN for a year.
When you land on /google-review-response-generator or /yelp-review-response-generator, the tool itself is now embedded above the long-form content — no need to click through to a separate page. Matches the SERP-dominant pattern competitors already use.
Three new honest side-by-side comparisons with the biggest names in the category. Each page lays out when the competitor is genuinely the better fit (multi-location chains with marketing ops teams, businesses needing SMS + webchat together) and when ReplyWithCare wins (single-location SMBs, India market, agencies on a budget).
Pro users can now explicitly pick reply length: Short (~50 words), Medium (~100 words), or Long (~150 words). Tuned for platform-specific conventions — Facebook prefers short, TripAdvisor prefers long. Free users continue to get Medium.
Pro users get a dedicated dashboard at /dashboard with four tools: Recent Replies (your last 30 generations, saved automatically), Bulk Generator (paste up to 10 reviews, get all replies in parallel), Negative Review Handler (HEARD framework + legal-safety calibration), and the Template Library.
Pro users can explicitly pick output language. Hindi and Hinglish replies are tuned for cultural register, not just translation — generic English replies to Hinglish reviews read as corporate and tone-deaf. This matters most for Indian SMBs replying on Zomato, Swiggy, and Google.
New section on /about explaining how we source, review, and update every guide we publish. Includes a real editorial contact (editorial@replywithcare.com) and our position on the difference between cited research and pattern-matching observations — we never cite studies we can't independently verify.
Comprehensive schema markup (SoftwareApplication, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Article, HowTo, Service) on every page. Dedicated llms.txt for AI crawler discovery. Explicit User-Agent allowlist for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, OAI-SearchBot. Sitemap with per-route lastmod.
